Minyoung Hong

Minyoung Hong began his academic journey in Mechanical Engineering at Hanyang University in South Korea, earning his Bachelor of Science degree. He then advanced his studies at the University of California, Davis, where he obtained his Master of Science degree in Biosystems Engineering. His research during his Master’s focused on the mechanization of Jatropha Curcas L. for optimal harvest methodologies. After accruing significant experience in both industry and academia. Minyoung continued to expand his academic pursuits. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Biosystems Engineering at UC Davis.
